Best Time to do Things


Hey,
Its mi weekly journal again. Haha. But this week nothing much happened. Back to the stressful life of trying to chase people for reports and tons and tons of paperwork. Haiz. Not to forget the dreadful IPPT training for the test to be held next Wednesday. Gosh i still can't pass standing broad jump. Haiz.

So aniway, i decided to write something informative this week. I will be sharing with you guys, the best time to do things!!! The information below is extracted from i~weekly and based on scientific researches and findings.

Best Time to Study: In the Morning
According to scientists, after we wake up in the morning, do the washing up and have our breakfast, this is the time where the brain is the most alert and refreshing. So if we use this time to study and memorize those difficult formulas, it will be much easier.

Best Time to Eat Fruits: 1 hour before every meal
Eating raw foods before cooked foods can prevent the white blood cells in our body to increase and this will help to boost the immune system in our body and can also help prevent cancer.

Best Time to Sleep: 10pm to 11pm
If u sleep at this time, by 2am to 3am, you would have fallen into deep sleep and it is at this time that the body will produce substances and cells that are good for our skin. So if u want great skin, sleep early!!

Best Time to Lose Weight: 45 min after every meal
After eating, if u want to lose some of the calories that u have just taken in, go out for a 20 minutes. This will help in ur digestion and can help you lose weight.

Best Time to Shower: Before Bed at Night
This will not only help you to get into bed easier, it will also help all the muscles in ur body to relax and relieve all ur stress from the day's work.

Best Time to Exercise: In the Evening
Thought the air in the morning is fresher, but when u exercise in the morning, ur hearbeat will be faster and ur blood pressure will be higher than that in the evening. Thus its more advisable to exercise in the evening. Moreover, our body is at optimum condition in the evening, so the results of exercising will be better.
