Overtime

Its OT week.
Or rather the start of OT month.
As of last week until 25th Oct. My whole unit will be doing OT until 9pm every single day. If we still cant finish the job, we have to come back during the weekends.
From the way i see it, the target is really really far away. Due to lotsa OT blues in the company, the top management decided to give us a brief and talk about the whole OT period. They also tried to boost our morale by saying that they might declare one day off if "everything works out fine". Sound good right?

But the more u think about it. The more incorrect it felt. Please lor, OT for so many weeks just for that one day off. I rather give it up lor. Trying to cheat our feeling is it.
The production rate they wanna hit is 90%. They want it to be 80% by next week. With the current rate at 50%, i will say dream on to 80% next week. I think can forget about the one day off le, coz things are definitely not "working out fine".
So all these top mangements "say say only things" just listen with one ear then come out from the other ear lar. Usually wont happen one, being cheated so many times le lor.

I told u guys that i going back to do technician work right coz this stupid guy's back problem. Well, i have to teach him all the things this past week and my blood is like boiling lar. He is just so (i dun really wanna use this word but i have to) S-T-U-P-I-D!!!!
He keeps forgeting the things i say, and i have to keep on repeating myself until the usually very talkative me just wanna shut up and just stone down there.
Then the very basic stuff he also dunno how to do then wanna quickly ask mi to proceed with the advanced stuff!!! Halo, its like u havent learn to walk wanna start flying le lor. Then do things also do very slowly and not organized at all.
When i finish teaching the stuff, after a few hours, he will ask mi how to do it? Then request me to go through the whole "lesson" again. Arrgh!!!!!!
Worse, when i talk halfway he will literally doze off lor. Wah lau. So disrespectful right? If there is a sharp object nearby, i would have stab him first then stab myself lor.
I felt like my life is like being screwed up by him lor. Firstly becoz of his back problem, i have to go back to work as a technician. Then have to deal with all his nonsense for the past week. And becoz of his incompetancy, i will have to do go back to his office to help him with stuff and carry on with my technician work at the same time. Double Job!!!!
Arrgh!!!! I am punished becoz of his back problem and his incompetancy lar.

Haiz. Dont think next week is gonna be a gd week also. OT till 9pm everyday. Tempers and emotions are sure gonna flare up. I think i can expect more drama to happen. Just wait and see.

Meanwhile, i feel so fake lor. Everyday have to force myself to smile and try to make myself happy when i am not. Wonder how long can my smile last and when will this drama series finally reach its last episode? This actor here is already very tired of acting.

I just wanna be myself!!!
